A watch should not be exposed to water beyond its stated water-resistance rating.

Do not operate the crown or other controls underwater unless the applicable product documentation expressly permits it.

Any water-resistance rating stated for a product should be understood according to the relevant product documentation and applicable industry standards.

16. Bracelet Sizing and Modifications

If you request bracelet sizing or another modification, the product may no longer qualify for certain change-of-mind returns as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

Any modification, engraving, alteration, or servicing performed by an unauthorised person may affect return eligibility and warranty coverage.
